It starts from first aid and guerilla tactics, grows into triage, and part 2 will talk about early planning and exit criteria.

    Prioritization is a major problem in almost all stages in software development - not only in bug fixing. I remember in my past project where every item in the requirements specification is a Must-have.

    Nice essay. When are you going to publish Part 2? My manager is asking me :)
