		<description>Thanks so much for your kind words about my session.  In previous years, I&#039;ve always talked about Instructables, but How to Eat Like a Caveman seemed like a good idea at the last minute.  It was a blast meeting other people with that much passion and desire to experiment with their diets.</description>
