- 2008 web design trends. Nice visual reference and commentary for web design trends this year.
- Build your own laptop bag. I’m in the market for a new bag, and most bags I’ve seen stink. These guys at least offer me some control over how the bag is designed.
- NASA’s create the future contest. $20,000 prize to the best designed invention in six categories. Check out last year’s winners.
- Brutal, spoiler laden, review of The Happening. I liked the Sixth Sense, but its been a downhill, repetitive ride for M. Night Shyamalan since. He desperately needs to direct a film written by someone else.

I know you played and love basketball. What are your thoughts on Boston Celtics regarding their championship run. The context I am referring is with respect to your essay #47 – Teams and stars – “All star teams lose”. It seems stars sacrificed a lot to get an NBA ring. Do we have some thing similar to a “NBA ring” in IT world where people can sacrifice and commit for the greater good. How can we get there? Please advice and thanks very much.
