		<description>Thank you for your article.  One of the key concepts I took away from your article was about knowing your audience and engaging them early.  Also interesting was quality control for your presenters.  At first, I was shocked...maybe horrified to think that you should train your presenters.  As I thought about your reading more, I thought of further applications.  It boils down to communicating your expectations does it not?  Thanks agian for the thought and practical applications you provided.</description>
